A frontal boundary will approach the northern waters overnight with a band of showers/thunderstorms developing around midnight. The storms will push gradually south across the northern and central waters late tonight and Wednesday. A few storms may be strong to severe. Scec conditions will occur over portions of the waters tonight and Wednesday due to gusty southwest winds.
